After adding a system to the database, we need to add at least one telescope and one laser before you add a channel.
ulalume3@11:To add a new telescope, click on the HOI telescopes in the System settings panel. ulalume3@11: This will take you to a page with a list of all availabe telescopes that are connected with your station. ulalume3@11: This list should be empty if this is the first time you add a telescope.
